About Me

My journey in software engineering began in 2023, when I started studying Computer Engineering at the University of Rwanda. From my first year, I gained practical experience through community projects, developing three mobile applications for different institutions. I later expanded my expertise to web development, building websites and web applications that address real-world needs. To strengthen my technical foundation, I joined The Gym's intensive training programme, where I further developed my software engineering skills and earned a certificate.

My professional experience spans software engineering, internal systems development and digital strategy. At Electrical Solution Company Ltd, I worked as a Software Engineer and Digital Marketing Lead, combining technical development with digital growth initiatives. I subsequently joined SABIG Microfinance, developing internal systems to support business operations, and worked with Aguka Financial, a US-based organisation, as a Software Engineer and IT Specialist, contributing to the delivery of digital solutions. These experiences have strengthened my ability to understand organisational needs and translate them into practical, technology-driven solutions.

Beyond my professional experience, I won the ICP Hackathon in the Blockchain and AI category, reflecting my commitment to innovation and exploring emerging technologies. As a Full-Stack Developer, I combine technical expertise, analytical thinking and problem-solving to transform ideas into scalable, reliable and user-focused applications. My focus is on building software that goes beyond functionality to solve meaningful problems, improve efficiency and deliver measurable value to businesses and the communities they serve.
